Rob works with business owners and investors throughout North Central MA on the future of their business with respect to their real estate needs. He has been writing on real estate topics since 2007 on this site and on his previous blog project. His real estate listings can be found on the brokerage page of Apex Properties where he has been working as a commercial real estate agent since 2002.

In addition to his work with business owners and investors at Apex Properties, he has also owns and manages a portfolio of residential investment properties, having been acquiring and selling properties since 2000.

Rob is also an avid weather enthusiast and owns and operates Leominster Weather with the help of a personal weather station installed at his home in Leominster, MA where he resides with his wife and two daughters.
